We check the legal situation of a property and prepare an analysis on the basis of a standardised checklist. In cooperation with local architects we evaluate the development of sites or the possibilities of the extension of houses. During the buying process we advice you, draft the contract conditions, prepare the notarial act and arrange translations. In case of construction or renovation activities we help you to find capable craftsmen, we ask for cost estimates and control the work.

After the acqusition or completion we operate as property managers.
